1. About this service

soongy.cfd is operated by Soongy Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales (Company No. 15XXXXXX), with registered address at 71–75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London, WC2H 9JQ, United Kingdom.

soongy.cfd is an informational service only. We aggregate publicly available job listings and deliver curated shortlists to subscribers by email. We are not a licensed recruitment agency, employment agency, or job placement service. We do not introduce candidates to employers, conduct interviews, assess suitability, or negotiate employment terms.

2. Acceptance of terms

By creating an account and using soongy.cfd, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use this service. By registering, you confirm that you are of legal age in your jurisdiction.

4. Subscription and billing

Access to the weekly shortlist requires a paid subscription. The current pricing is a one-time setup fee of 9.99€, followed by a recurring monthly subscription of 34.99€. A 7-day free trial is provided; no charge applies until the trial period ends.

Billing is handled by Stripe. We do not store your payment card details. Subscription status is managed through your dashboard and the Stripe billing portal.

You will receive an email notification at least 48 hours before each monthly renewal charge.

5. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your dashboard without contacting support. Cancellation stops future charges. You retain access until the end of the current paid period. This is in accordance with the UK Digital Markets, Competition and Consumers (DMCC) Act 2026.

6. No employment guarantee

soongy.cfd makes no guarantee, express or implied, that use of the service will result in job interviews, offers, or employment of any kind. The service provides informational content only. Employment outcomes depend entirely on the user's own applications, qualifications, and the decisions of third-party employers.

7. Intellectual property

All original content on soongy.cfd, including the platform design, code, and branding, is the property of Soongy Ltd. Job listings are sourced from third-party job boards via the Adzuna API and remain the property of their respective publishers.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Soongy Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
