Refund Policy

1. 14-day cooling-off period (EU & UK)
Residents of the European Union and United Kingdom have a statutory right to cancel a digital service and receive a full refund within 14 days of the date of purchase, in accordance with the EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU) and the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
To exercise this right, email us at [email protected] within 14 days of your payment with the subject line "Refund request". Please include the email address associated with your account.
Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method via Stripe.
2. Setup fee
The one-time 9.99€ setup fee is refundable within the 14-day cooling-off period for EU/UK residents. After this period, the setup fee is non-refundable.
3. Monthly subscription
Monthly subscription charges of 34.99€ are refundable within 14 days of the charge date for EU/UK residents. After this period, the monthly fee is non-refundable. If you cancel mid-cycle, you retain access until the end of the paid period.
4. Outside EU/UK
For users outside the EU and UK, refunds are offered at our discretion. Please contact [email protected] to discuss your situation.
5. How to request a refund
Email [email protected] with:
- Your registered email address
- Date of payment
- Reason for refund (optional but helpful)
We aim to respond within 2 business days and process approved refunds within 5–10 business days.
