Refund Policy

The services provided by FGads at soongy.cfd consist of:

• Technical infrastructure setup (Ad accounts, Tracking protocols).
• Custom media buying labor and optimization.
• Digital delivery of proprietary marketing bridge-pages.

These are classified as digital services and professional technical labor which are exempt from standard "cool-off" periods once the execution process has begun.

All sales are final. We do not offer refunds, credits, or exchanges for any payments made, including but not limited to the "Setup Fee" and "Minimum Advertising Budget," due to the following reasons:

• Immediate Execution: Technical resources (proxy servers, accounts, anti-detect environments) are allocated and paid for by FGads immediately upon receipt of your payment.
• Custom Labor: The Setup Fee covers the manual time required for our engineers to configure your specific project protocols. This labor cannot be "returned" or "undone."
• Ad Platform Risk: Ad budgets sent to platforms (Google/Meta) are subject to their specific terms. Once a budget is uploaded, it is considered consumed resource within our infrastructure.

Under the European Union Directive on Consumer Rights (2011/83/EU), the right of withdrawal is excluded for:

By clicking "Prepay Now" or "Pay Now," you provide express consent for FGads to begin the technical setup immediately and acknowledge that you lose your right to withdraw from the contract.

We do not guarantee the longevity of third-party advertising accounts (Google Ads/Meta Ads). While we use high-quality technical protocols, account suspensions by ad platforms are beyond our control.

Suspensions are not grounds for a refund. In the event of an account ban, FGads will attempt to appeal or migrate the setup to a new instance as part of our technical maintenance, but the original fees remain non-refundable.

Any attempt to initiate a fraudulent chargeback (disputing a valid transaction for services rendered) will result in:

• Immediate termination of all active ad campaigns and deletion of your technical infrastructure.
• Permanent blacklisting of your identity and domain across our partner network.
• Submission of detailed technical logs, IP records, and communication history to your bank and payment processor (Stripe/PayPal) to contest the dispute.
